Dispatch Position – Part-time / Per Diem
The Town of Manchester-by-the-Sea seeks qualified applicants for open part-time Emergency Service Dispatch position. We operate a full service dispatch function that includes Police, Fire, EMS as well as other Town services.
The ability to multi-task and to function in a fast paced environment is a must. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train selected candidates. Candidates with certification in EMD (APCO preferred), E-911, CPR and other required dispatch training will be given preference in the process.
This is a part-time, non-union position and candidates will be required to commit to scheduled 16 hours on the weekends with the option to work additional open shifts as needed. The position currently pays $22.08 per hour.
