Chief McCoy To Hold First Office Hours
Manchester-by-the-Sea Police Chief, Mark McCoy, who was sworn in on July 6, will hold his first monthly office hours on Thursday, August 6 from 4 PM to 6 PM at the Police Station. Residents are invited to stop by during this time with any questions, concerns, or to say hello.
