Community Policing at Playground Public Safety Day

On Friday, July 15 the Manchester Police Department participated in Summer Playground’s Public Safety Day at Masconomo park. Police officers enjoyed special time with young members of the Manchester-by-the-Sea community. Campers got to hear about how Manchester Police officers keep the public safe and see the different vehicles they use to do their jobs. The Manchester Police Department would like to also thank the following agencies for taking the time to join the fun on this special day: @massstatepolice Mounted Unit, @manchesterbytheseafiredepartment, Manchester Harbormaster, @MAEnvironmentalPolice, @essexcountysheriffsdepartment Canine Unit and the MA Coast Guard.
