A winter parking ban will begin at 4 PM on February 24, 2022. The blue lights in Manchester-by-the-Sea will be activated at 4 PM and enforcement will begin at midnight. On street parking is not allowed during this time to allow DPW to safely clear roadways. Thank you for your cooperation and stay safe!
