The Manchester-by-the-Sea Police Department is holding the 4th Annual Pumpkin Contest this year. All pumpkin artists ages 14 and under are invited to participate. Here are the rules:
- Get a pumpkin (any size!)
- Get creative and paint, decorate, or carve your pumpkin.
- Drop off pumpkin at the Police Station anytime by Thursday, October 30.
- View all entries on Halloween day, we will display your amazing pumpkins on the Town Common to be voted on.

– The Top 3 Pumpkins will receive a $50 Target Gift Card!
