Good morning Manchester/Essex Regional School District! Please join Officer Andrea Locke tomorrow (April 3, 2020) at 10:00 AM for the first Facebook LIVE book reading. Officer Locke misses all the students in both Essex and Manchester and would like to read a book and offer some words of encouragement while we navigate this new “normal” for a little while. Officer Locke is going to be reading “The Little Engine that Could”.
