MANCHESTER-BY-THE-SEA- Police Chief Todd Fitzgerald would like to inform residents that a new traffic complaint form is now available on the Manchester-by-the-Sea Police Department’s website.
The form is available here, and can be used to share traffic complaints and concerns with the department.
“The online traffic complaint form is a real convenience for residents which allows them to report violations anywhere and anytime they see them,” Chief Fitzgerald said. “We hope our online reporting feature will streamline the complaint process for any issues involving traffic and efficiently support our department in making Manchester roadways safer for everyone.”
The new form will allow residents to list the time, place and date of their complaint, while specifying if the incident involved traffic enforcement, speeding, a school bus or any other road related violation.
A complainant can also indicate on the form if the violation is recurring, and the form also leaves space for people to optionally provide contact information for follow-up.
