The “coolest” way to celebrate the last day of school is with a frozen treat from Captain Dusty’s! Local school kids from Manchester-by-the-Sea and Essex enjoyed a free cone and met public safety officials from their local police and fire departments including Daisy the Comfort Dog. Have a safe and happy summer vacation everyone!
