Due to the weather forecast of heavy rain and high wind, the Manchester-by-the-Sea Police Department advises residents to charge devices in case of power outages and secure outdoor holiday decorations. The National Weather Service is predicting wind gusts of up to 60 mph and up to 3 inches of rain and has issued a High Wind Warning for our area.
