Manchester Police Department Seeks Information

The Manchester-by-the-Sea Police Department is seeking the public’s help with a recent matter. On Thursday, January 19 at 5:45 PM, a reported dog bite occurred on Church Street between the Library and Town Hall. The Police would like to have a conversation with the owner of the two dogs involved.

Description: Caucasian male, 35-40 years old with a brown beard. One small white and brown 15 pound dog and one large black and brown dog believed to be a Doberman.
