Due to the forecast of a winter storm that will start the evening of Saturday, February 15 through Sunday, February 16 the Town will activate a Winter Parking Ban. The blue lights will be activated at 4 PM on February 15 and enforcement will begin at 12 AM (Midnight) until further notice. Street parking is prohibited during the parking ban to allow DPW to safely clear and treat roadways.
This storm is expected to bring 3 – 6 inches of snow followed by sleet, rain, and then a hard freeze. To put it simply – messy! Keep an eye on the storm drains near you and help DPW keep them clear to avoid pooling and flooding.
